The closure of several State of Franklin Healthcare Associates (SOFHA) facilities and the recent financial support they received from Ballad Health is raising red flags for Tennessee state representative David Hawk.
On Wednesday, SOFHA Kingsport OB/GYN patients received a letter alerting them that the facility will be closing effective January 31st, with two of the facilities’ physicians joining Ballad Health.
