A MAJOR parking services provider has officially settled a case regarding the accuracy of its services.
Drivers who used the service are now liable to get a piece of a $2.5 million settlement which is set to hand out refunds and more.
Parking services giant Metropolis Technologies is set to pay a total of $8.75 million following investigations into drivers being billed for parking in lots they never entered or for passing through a garage without parking.
