Tennessee Teen Allegedly Stole $75,000 Worth Of Sports Cards, Collectibles

A 19-year-old Tennessee man is facing charges for allegedly stealing some $75,000 worth of merchandise from a sports collectibles store, police said.

The Cookeville Police Department said officers responded to 931 Sports Cards and Collectibles on Jefferson Avenue on Tuesday following a burglary that took place shortly after 6 a.m. They arrived to find the store had been “forcibly entered using a vehicle.”

Investigators say an estimated $75,000 worth of “primarily sports trading cards” and other merchandise was stolen in the incident…
