Bellevue, TN (WSMV) – Residents of Polk Ridge Apartments have been trapped for two days on a steep hill surrounded by fallen trees following an ice storm.
The apartment complex sits at the top of a frozen hill on Hicks Road, which remains closed due to dangerous conditions. Fallen trees and downed power lines block access routes, preventing residents from leaving their homes.
