Money for Tennesseans who bought prescription drugs

NASHVILLE, Tennessee (WDEF) – Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti says Tennessee will get a cut of a settlement with two companies over generic drugs they made.

You can get your share if you bought generic drugs made by Lannett or Bausch between May 1, 2009 and December 31, 2019.

The government says the two companies illegally worked with competitors to raise prices on the drugs, or price-fixing…
