MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The State of Tennessee is blaming human error on the voting records issue that took place Tuesday, February 3.
Several Tenn. residents took to social media to discuss a glitch in the voter records system-a glitch that listed a large percentage of voters as inactive.
