LEBANON, Tenn. — If healthcare workers in the medical industry needed yet another reason not to defraud taxpayers, here’s one more to add to the list. This reminder comes from Lebanon, Tennessee, where a recent investigation led by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has just concluded. That investigation led to a 58-year-old female being apprehended shortly after a Grand Jury in Wilson County indicted the subject.
Special agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have secured indictments charging a Lebanon woman with criminal simulation related to alleged TennCare fraud.
The investigation began in June 2023 after allegations surfaced involving the owner of a home health care business.
