MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WSMV) – Middle Tennessee State University has announced plans to erect a $56.5 million new student housing community.
The new Womack Commons is in collaboration with developer The Annex Group, a press release from the university said. Construction is set to start by the end of February, and the project is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2027.
“Womack Commons establishes a vibrant gateway to the MTSU campus while diversifying the university’s housing offerings,” a press release said. “It is The Annex Group’s second campus housing public-private partnership, or P3, development in Tennessee.”
