MANCHESTER, Tenn. (WSMV) – The city of Manchester said it’s “extremely important” that residents and businesses conserve water, and the Duck River Utility warns there may be consequences if it’s not followed.
According to the city, if customers do not reduce their water use, it will lead to a complete water system failure.
