TENNESSEE — A months-long undercover drug investigation in Warren County has resulted in the indictment of 24 people, with 16 suspects already in custody, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said undercover deputies spent several months working to identify individuals involved in the sale of illegal drugs throughout the county. Investigators determined that 24 people were connected to the distribution of fentanyl, methamphetamine and prescription medications.
On Feb. 6, the Warren County Grand Jury returned indictments against the suspects. Sixteen of those individuals have since been arrested and booked into the Warren County Jail. The remaining eight suspects are still being sought…
