At its meeting on Monday, Feb. 9, the Tullahoma Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) passed two resolutions regarding the payment of Ozone Environmental Service (OES) for cleaning up a fuel spill at the Tullahoma Regional Airport in October.
