Three arrested, charged in Cannon County serial theft investigation

WOODBURY, Tenn. (WSMV) – Three people were arrested and charged in connection to a serial theft investigation in Cannon County, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).

The TBI said it began investigating at the request of 16th Judicial District Attorney General Jennings Jones following the arrest of Kamay Miller, 38, Nyema Malloy, 40, and Zaire Harper, 32.
