MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A crash on Interstate 40 is causing delays in traffic, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
TDOT says that around 7:23 a.m., a multi-crash was reported on Interstate 40 near Sam Cooper.
