Kentucky isn’t the only state with its own whiskey trail. Tennessee’s Whiskey Trail features more than 30 distilleries spanning over 700 miles. Beginning on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, they will launch an all-new program called Cork to Fork to celebrate the state’s rich history and traditions surrounding food and whiskey.
“Cork to Fork was designed to showcase Tennessee spirits beyond the glass,” said Charity Toombs, executive director of the Tennessee Whiskey Trail, in a press release shared with Southern Living. “As our chefs and restaurants continue to earn national recognition, this trail creates a natural connection between their creativity and the excellence of Tennessee distilling, allowing guests to experience the best of both worlds through spirit-infused dishes that celebrate local heritage, ingredients, and innovation.”
Chefs from more than 40 restaurants throughout the state will incorporate whiskey in some shape or form into their dishes, including everything from breakfast and appetizers to entrees and desserts. Some examples of these creative collaborations include the Steakhouse Burger with a bourbon bacon jam made with Nelson’s Green Brier bourbon at Deacon’s New South in Nashville, and the TN Whiskey Turkey Club featuring a Corsair Triple Smoke bacon apple jam from The Butter Milk Ranch in Nashville…
