Attorney Brett Windrow Announces Run for Tennessee House District 13

LA VERGNE, Tenn. — Attorney Brett Windrow has officially announced his candidacy for State House District 13 in the Tennessee General Assembly, citing economic concerns, infrastructure challenges, and education funding as key issues facing the district.

Windrow, a seventh-generation Tennessee native and trial attorney recognized among “40 Under 40,” launched his campaign Monday with a statement sharply critical of current legislative leadership and policy decisions impacting Rutherford County.

“In the last year, District 13 has seen two major employers shut down, and is staring down more closures as tariffs ripple through our supply chains,” Windrow said. “I-24 has become a nightmare and our local roads are gridlocked and strewn with potholes. Our public schools are over capacity, and now they face vouchers siphoning away funds.”…
