TENNESSEE — A 27-year-old Dyersburg man is facing multiple charges after a police pursuit ended in a crash at a stretch of road known as “Dead Man’s Curve,” according to the Dyer County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said JaShawn Branch fled from a traffic stop initiated by the Newbern Police Department for speeding. Officials said Branch sped away, prompting a brief pursuit that was later called off due to public safety concerns.
