No charges will be filed against the man accused of shooting an MTSU professor found dead in the middle of a Dekalb County road in December.
Bryant Dunaway, district attorney general for the 13th Judicial District of Tennessee, said in a statement April 2 that “after a review of the investigative results, this office is declining any prosecution.”
