At a special call meeting on Monday, April 6, the Manchester Planning Commission approved a site plan that would bring a Dairy Queen to Woodbury Highway.
Kendal Sadler, owner of Sadler & Associates Consulting Engineers, presented the site plan to the commission. He emphasized that Dairy Queen was excited to come to Manchester.
