TENNESSEE — A Knoxville woman has been charged after police said a man was fatally shot during what investigators described as an unintentional shooting Thursday night.
According to the Knoxville Police Department, officers responded around 10:15 p.m. to a home in the 700 block of Belleaire Avenue following reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not been released pending notification of next of kin…
