18 dogs and puppies rescued from TN property after owner suffers medical emergency

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – More than a dozen dogs and puppies were rescued from a “crisis” situation in West Tennessee after their owner suffered a medical emergency.

That’s according to the Animal Rescue Corps, who announced Operation Plain Sight in a social media post. The animals were found chained and penned on the property by the owner’s relatives and friends.
