HORRY COUNTY S.C. (WPDE) — At 8:38 a.m., Horry County Fire Rescue crews were dispatched to the 4000 block of Holmestown Road for a reported electrical hazard incident.
A transformer reportedly blew, with smoke visible at the scene.
