Myrtle Beach City Council votes to sell downtown building to growing international company

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — A city owned property worth more than a half-million dollars is set to be sold in Myrtle Beach.

Myrtle Beach City Council, on Tuesday, June 23, passed first reading of an ordinance authorizing the sale of 515 9th Ave. N. for the appraised value of $550,000.
