PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) — The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office announced that an arrest has been made after a Tuesday evening chase prompted by an apparent hit-and-run.
Grant Huffstetler, 29, of Pawleys Island, will be charged with third-offense DUI and failure to stop for a blue light.
This comes after deputies tried to pull him over on Springs Avenue. Several residents had reported that Huffstetler was driving recklessly and had hit another car, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
