HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Crews responded to a five vehicle crash that caused one car to overturn and three people taken to the hospital, on Highway 17 and Coventry Road in Surfside Beach, according to Horry County Fire Rescue (HCFR)
HCFR is asking all drivers to avoid this area due to lanes of traffic being blocked off.
