Myrtle Beach Fire Dept. seeks $2M to shift firefighters’ schedule

MYRTLE BEACH S.C. (WPDE) — Myrtle Beach firefighters could see a major change to their work schedules, but the fire department says it will take nearly $2 million in additional funding to make it happen.

The Myrtle Beach Fire Department is seeking funding to hire additional crews so it can adjust first responders’ schedules.
