Myrtle Beach man ‘reckless’ in accidental shooting that turned fatal, warrant says

A Myrtle Beach man was arrested Monday after he told police earlier this month that he fatally shot another man while the two may have been intoxicated.

Horry County Police responded to the 5000 block of Peachtree Road in the Myrtle Beach area on June 11 for a reported shooting at a residence. Upon arrival, police found Michael Seth Hall, 27, lying on the ground in a bedroom with his hands behind his head and blood covering his face. The location is listed as Hall’s address, according to a warrant.

The unknown man Hall allegedly shot was unresponsive in the bedroom, according to a police report. An officer noted that they “could only hear agonal breathing” coming from the man. The man later died…
