HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — The South Carolina Department of Transportation has closed the 5th Avenue South bridge over Myrtle Swash for emergency repairs.
This comes following an inspection conducted as part of their bridge inspection and maintenance program, according to a release from SCDOT.
