MYRTLE BEACH S.C. — Thanks to a new permanent fixture, it’s now a one-horse town.
The red, white, and blue Palmetto Pride carousel horse, painted with elements of the South Carolina state flag, was unveiled at the intersection of Nevers Street and Howard Avenue in the Market Common Wednesday, July 1.
