LITTLE RIVER, S.C. — A 21-year-old man died after being struck by a vehicle while using his wheelchair in Little River, according to the Horry County Coroner’s Office.
Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard identified the man as Guy Hickson of Little River.
At 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Hickson was struck by a vehicle while operating his wheelchair on North Horseshoe Road, Willard said. He died from his injuries at McLeod Seacoast Emergency Department on Aug. 13…
