HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A Horry County man is behind bars after police say he fired shots at two people during a road rage incident and assaulted two others in a separate road rage case months earlier.
Horry County police charged Kevin Booker, 43, of Little River, on Wednesday with two counts of attempted murder, third-degree assault and battery, and a weapons charge.
The charges stem from two separate cases.
