ABC 15 tagged along as city leaders shopped for this year’s displays — and found out how much Conway is budgeting for the holidays and what one downtown business says Halloween does for its bottom line. City officials said they spent just 350 dollars on Halloween when this started in 2020.
The city’s holiday budget for this fiscal year is now 275-thousand dollars. ABC 15 followed city leaders at Conway’s Lowe’s Hardware to see how they decide what makes the cut…
