No injuries after fire at Horry County multi-unit residence

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — No one was injured after a small fire damaged the porch of a multi-unit residential building in Horry County Wednesday night, officials said.

Horry County Fire Rescue crews were dispatched at 7:53 p.m. to Village Terrace Boulevard for a reported structure fire.

Firefighters brought the damage under control, and officials said the damage was limited to a porch. The building did not sustain structural damage, and the fire did not spread inside.
