MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Horry County Search and Rescue held a recruiting event Friday night.
The event was held at King Kong Sushi off U.S. 501 and sought volunteers to help with emergency calls and missing person cases.
The nonprofit, known as HCSAR, met with community members, answered questions, and introduced its K-9 units at the event, which ran until 8 p.m.
