Drivers have seen signs of construction and improvements along some of Horry County’s busiest roadways in the last year.
But for some of the roads, which have seen increased traffic due to development and an influx of residents moving into the county, it still could be years before work actually begins. Some road projects, still unfinished, date back more than a decade.
