The Horry Georgetown Technical College’s International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach is ready to host the second annual Grand Strand Chef’s Table event, produced in partnership with The Local Palate, Visit Myrtle Beach and the James Beard Foundation, on Friday, Oct. 16.
These aren’t just logo partnerships, according to the Director of Business Development for The Local Palate, Amanda Fitzgerald, who explained that the organizations are woven into the DNA of what the evening is about: a culinary fete that raises funds for a fantastic cause.
