HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A new building in Carolina Forest aims to give law enforcement faster response times while bringing several Horry County services closer to residents.
The Central Coast Complex is now open, housing the assessor’s, auditor’s and treasurer’s offices, a satellite clerk of court office, magistrate courtrooms and probate court offices.
