MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The man accused of killing an 18-year-old at Peaches Corner restaurant is back in jail again after violating his home detention requirements.
Evany McCray, the suspect in the deadly 2025 Peaches Corner restaurant shooting, was booked Wednesday on a home detention violation after an alcohol violation, according to 15th Circuit Solicitor Jimmy Richardson.
Richardson said McCray will stay in jail until he has a hearing before a circuit court judge, which Richardson expects to be Oct. 19 at the earliest.
