NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A state ethics complaint has called into question a North Strand mayor’s financial disclosures.
North Myrtle Beach Mayor J. Baldwin was informed by the South Carolina Ethics Commission on September 17 that the commission believes he may have failed to report his private income on his Statements of Economic Interest for 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.
