HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A new property development, called Harbor Trace, is in the works and can add the following:
- 1529 single family homes
- 471 townhomes
- 62 acres of commercial space
- 30 acres of parkland
The property would be located between St. James High School and the Blackmoor County Club.
If approved by Horry County Planning and Zoning Department, Highway 707 could see an additional 18,000 to 25,000 cars on an everyday basis…
