Year-to-date and September 2026 data for the Carolina Forest real estate market show a mixed bag, with median home prices continuing to rise.
According to data released by the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, the median home price in Carolina Forest (ZIP code 29579) rose 20% in September, from $454,990 in September 2025 to $545,000 in September 2026.
