HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A Horry County man is back behind bars after authorities say he sparked a chase and threatened an officer on the way to jail. Robert Samuel Britt, 21, is facing multiple charges, including resisting arrest, possession, concealing, selling, or disposing of a stolen vehicle valued at $5,000 or more, and failure to stop for blue lights.
