Jack Thompson hitchhiked to Myrtle Beach when he was just 13 years old, and he’s been documenting the history of the area through his camera lens since. Now at 87, Thompson said he’s taken more than 100,000 photos of the Myrtle Beach area. Three warehouses hold the photos he’s taken over the decades.
