NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) – A fiery car crash sent one person to the hospital on Sunday morning in North Myrtle Beach, according to the North Myrtle Beach Fire Rescue. Crews were called out just after 4 a.m. to the woods just off the Highway 17 North exit ramp from Sea Mountain Highway for a car that was reported to be overturned and on fire.
