HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Eight years ago, Horry County police found a man dead inside a swimming pool, and they still have no clue who he is or how he ended up there. Since 2016, Horry County Coroner Robert Edge said he’s been trying to identify a man who drowned at the Ocean Creek Resort II in the North Myrtle Beach area.
