CONWAY, S.C. (WPDE) – Conway police arrested a woman on Monday after she was involved in a hit-and-run incident that injured a pedestrian. According to incident reports, officers responded to the 300 block of Bellamy Avenue on Monday morning where the victim stated that he was struck on the left side of his body by a black Ford Fusion while he was picking up trash behind the apartment complex.
