HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – For the past two months, residents have voiced their opinions at RIDE 4 public input meetings throughout Horry County. Some are expressing concerns over the 25-year transportation tax that would fund RIDE 4. The tax would allow the county to tackle more road projects than ever before.
