MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A police report from the Myrtle Beach Police Department shows what led up to a woman getting fatally hit by a car in late July. Police were called around 11:30 p.m. on July 28 for the deadly crash at 16th Avenue South and Kings Highway.
