HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) – Monday at 5 p.m., both a Tropical Storm Watch and Storm Surge Watch were issued for the Grand Strand ahead of Tropical Storm Debby. The yellow shows the Tropical Storm Watch, which is issued 48 hours prior to the arrival of tropical storm-force winds.
