Andy Graham was filleting flounder Wednesday morning, Aug. 7 – about five pounds worth. He expects the regular crowd and then some to stop into Andy’s Snak Shak in Myrtle Beach as Tropical Storm Debby rolls through, and he’s not planning on closing up shop unless he has to.
