HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Traffic is blocked in the area of South Green Sea and Coats roads in the Finklea community due to an overturned vehicle.
Horry County Fire Rescue crews were dispatched just after 6 p.m. Officials said nobody was seriously hurt, but the incident is being investigated by South Carolina Highway Patrol.
